When are you open?We are open Weekends from Easter to Halloween. We are also open weekdays during school holidays (Following Hertfordshire calendars only).

What time are your sessions?Sessions are 11am to 1:30pm and then 2:30pm to 5pm.

What ages do we pay?Any child over the age of 1 needs to have a purchased e-ticket.

Can we stay longer than our session time?No, outside of session times the volunteers are cleaning and ensuring animals are cleaned and cared for. We ask all visitors to leave the premises at the end of their session time.

Are dogs allowed on site?No, we do not allow dogs onsite, If you need to bring an assistant dog please email admin to make us aware before your visit.

Can we pet the animals?Due to being voluntary run we cannot always guarantee we will have the staffing to allow petting of the small animals. We do sell animal feed which allows an up close experience with the Goats, Sheep, Calves, Pigs and Donkeys.

What activities are available?Onsite we have a play area for both under 5’s and over 5’s (including a new zip-wire), we also have a small football area with a goal. On special event days we have a selection of extra activities which are specified in event day advertising.

Do you sell food?In our farm shop we sell beverages and a selection of snacks.

Can we bring our own food?Yes we have a large picnic area with plenty of space for you to enjoy a picnic with family and friends.

Is there parking onsite?Yes we have a large, free carpark onsite.

Is the farm wheelchair accessible?Yes the route around the farm is wide enough for wheelchairs. We also have an accessible toilet.

Do you have have concession prices for carers, OAPs etc?"No, we feel that our prices are very low offering good value for your visit. All funds received are put straight back into the charity.
